With grapes from the “cru” Brunate this wine is made in the traditional method keeping the must in contact with the skins for a period of 30 days and a long aging process of 3 years in large oak barrels. This method produces a traditional style of Barolo that enables the consumer to appreciate the complex mix of fruits and spices such as liquorice, the rose that are pleasantly complemented by a light hint of vanilla. Very pleasant to drink now but will certainly continue to improve with aging.
