Named after the 70"s hippy band Tripping flowers that hail from the area bear the brewery this is a beer that is difficult to classify but easy to drink!
Using the "flower power" of tettnanger,saaz,saphir,spalter select,perle and stryian golding hops as well as roses and almond flowers this gives this light golden beer a lovely floral aroma and pleasant lasting bitterness.

Not strictly an ApA nor an IPA but bloody good all the same! Using american hop varieties chinook, columbus,simcoe,centennial and cascade both in the boil and dry hopping giving this beer a strong aromatic hop intensity. The first sip however is sweetness derived from the caramel malts with citrus notes and flowers and herbs of the hops taking over. A long dry and peersistent finish.
6sonIPA - 7.10%
Combine the best of the Saison with a perfectly hopped IPA. The label says it all (6 = sei in Italian). One special beer!

A collaboration between Opperbacco and another of our great brewers Leonardo di Vincenzo of BdB, it's a meeting of a belgian style triple and an english IPA. the number 6 in Italian is see and for this reason they have used 6 varieties of hops and spices in the beer. On the nose it gives that lovely sweet fruity belgian note but on tasting the IPA takes over giving a lovely mix of dry, spice,bitterness and sweetness. This beer is a sen"sei"tional

This style takes it's name from the meeting of the two styles that define this beer. The "triple" style created with the malts and yeast combine with the IPA style created by the hops. It results in a blonde coloured beer that starts slightly fruity on the palate but builds to a lovely dry,hoppy finish.

A collaboration between 3 Italian brewers born from an idea of Luigi brewer at Opperbacco. He wanted to replicate the works of the great Pliny the Elder at Russian River and deliver a hop bomb like no others. So the idea was conceived and nurtured by the three in the end adding 30kg of his for every 900 litres of beer delivering a 409IBU hop monster! With the amazing label designed by one of the brewers this beer is very limited and will go super quick!
